Oh, hey! Every time I think I'm back into the swing of blogging, life just happens...ya know? Work has been insane lately (I work for a scholarship program, and our 2014 application period just closed...so now we're reviewing 500 applicants and selecting 75 recipients). We've also been meeting up with friends pretty regularly, which is great! Anyway, here are some snapshots from the past month.

I've been trying really hard lately to meal prep our lunches for the week on Sunday evenings. Make a big batch of anything (really, anything!), and then divide them into perfectly portioned tupperware. It's a time saver and money saver!
We had friends over for a Mexican fiesta a few weeks back, and it was so much fun. We don't eat too much red meat, but I realized that ground beef is the way to go when it comes to tacos!
