Finally! A recipe!
Although these pops are so ridiculously simple -- I'm almost embarrassed. But they're also ridiculously delicious, so there's that!
I purchased a popsicle mold set a few weeks ago and deemed the upcoming months as "the summer of popsicles." I'm quite addicted to frozen treats, so I thought making popsicles myself would be cheaper (and healthier!) in the long run. Plus, there are roughly a gazillion popsicle recipes floating around Pinterest...from boozy ones to healthy yogurt treats and everything in between.
For my first go at the popsicle molds, I just used ingredients I already had in kitchen. I kept these simple and was very happy with the result. These Blueberry Banana Pops are basically just the frozen version of a great smoothie -- which isn't a bad thing!
Blueberry Banana Pops
1 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
