To look a lot like Christmas!
Evan and I set up our tree on Friday night, and it was a wonderful occasion! I just love having the Christmas tree lit up at night - it's so comforting and festive.
Ta da! It's a Huskers/Stanford Cardinal tree - yay for college football! We found out yesterday that January 2nd will be a busy day for us: our Huskers play in the Capital One Bowl in the afternoon, and the Stanford Cardinal play that night in the Fiesta Bowl. I'm so looking forward to these games but also sad that college football is coming to an end. Already?! Where did the fall go?!
Anyway, I woke up on Saturday morning and enjoyed a piping hot mug of Peppermint Mocha coffee that I received from Godiva at the Foodbuzz Festival. It was pretty good - but I think Evan has me spoiled with his freshly roasted beans. Nothing compares to roasting your own coffee beans!
This is my last full week of work before we head to Nebraska next Thursday for the holidays. Evan and I are so blessed - we're going to be in Nebraska for almost three weeks. I can't wait!
I'm especially excited to see these two boys:
I know, I know. My nephews are seriously the cutest boys...ever.
Ok and with that random post, I'm off to do some pilates. Have a great night!
