School is back in session! A lot of Stanford students belong to the same CSA program, and it is clear that the Fall Quarter started last week. When I arrived at our CSA pick-up location to get our organic produce for the week, I had to sift through so many boxes. I love seeing people support local farms, so it made me happy!
Here's the line-up for this week:
Chard and Carrots
Green Bell Peppers
Yams (a definite sign of fall!)
Broccoli and Cauliflower
Apples and Pears
I'm going to be using the bell peppers and cauliflower tonight to make a variation of this Tofu Vegetable Hot Pot recipe. It's cloudy, cool and windy today, so a warm and comforting meal sounds like perfection!
