Check it out! I made my first cooking video!
While I have no experience in being on camera or editing videos, I still had a great time filming this little clip. Who knows, maybe videos will start popping up here more often!
As mentioned in the video, I received some Newman's Own products, as well as a Flip video camera, through the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program. I was challenged to create a simple recipe, and that I did. You know I'm all about simplicity, so this was an easy (and delicious!) task!
Roasted Garlic Baked Pasta
Source: The Granola Chronicles
3 cups dry pasta
1 1/2 cup Newman's Own Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
2 cups frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1 cup black olives
1 cup chickpeas, drained
3/4 cup Italian four-cheese blend (or any type of shredded cheese)
In a large saucepan, boil water and cook pasta according to the directions on its package.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix the pasta sauce, artichoke hearts, black olives and chickpeas. Add the pasta after it finishes cooking and has been drained.
Pour into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish and top with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
