Let's talk about water.

I keep a water bottle with me at all times during the day. My trusted CamelBak is definitely getting a lot of use!

Here's the thing though, I hardly drink any water at night. When I'm sitting on the couch catching up on blogs or indulging in TV's latest dramas and comedies (hello, Revenge and Modern Family), it just doesn't occur to me to push the fluids. 

If only wine aided in hydration...


Anyway! When Caitlin reached out, on behalf of Crystal Light, regarding their Pure line, I welcomed the opportunity to try it out. While I did receive these samples for free, my thoughts and opinions are completely my own - as always!

Crystal Light Pure has no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives. It's actually sweetened with all-natural Truvia, and all flavors are caffeine free.


For the past couple of weeks, I've been drinking CL Pure at night. This has been a great way to get in another cup or two of water each day, and it also satisfies my sweet tooth. Two birds. One stone. Sweet!

Caitlin also provided some hydration tips from the Crystal Light Pure Spokesperson, Molly Kimball, RD. I rarely share stuff like this from companies, but I really do think hydration is so important - here you go!

1. Keep a Talley (I started doing this through My Fitness Pal)
2. Flavor Up to Drink Up (so far, this has helped increase my water intake) 
3. Don't Forget About Food (hydrating foods like fresh fruit!)
4. Watch the Caffeine (don't worry - I still drink coffee every morning)
