Good morning, friends! Monday has come and gone...isn't that the hardest day to get through anyway?!

I wanted to quick pop in this morning and share with you my latest secret ingredient when it comes to smoothies.

Orange juice.


It adds just a hint of tartness and tang! Now I know we need to be aware of the sugar in natural fruit juice, but I think it's definitely worth it in this case.


Orange-Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 heaping handful of baby spinach
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup all-natural orange juice
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 frozen banana, cut into slices
1/2 cup frozen blueberries 

Directions:
Place spinach in blender - top with yogurt and pour juice over. Blend until well-combined. Add in the remaining ingredients, blending until it reaches your desired consistency. Enjoy!
