Hi, friends! Hope your weekend is going well. Ours has been extremely relaxing - I'm loving it!
Evan and I went for a 3.5 mile run earlier this afternoon. It felt so great! I don't talk about fitness that much on my blog (or at all, really!), but I might start incorporating it into a few posts. I've never really been one to stick with a normal exercise routine - I get bored very easily. For some reason though, I've been working out regularly over the past few weeks and have been enjoying it. Evan and I decided that we're going to sign up for a race, so it will be motivation to keep running. Half Moon Bay 10K here we come!
Anyway, after we got back from our run, Evan created the perfect lunch for us.
Simple, quick, fresh and tasty.
He boiled some pasta and then added sugar snap peas, sun-dried tomatoes and chickpeas to it. He tossed it all in a little pesto and then sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top - voila! An easy peas-y (hah) lunch that was absolutely delicious!
Alright - this girl needs to shower. Talk about a sweaty mess! I'll be back later with a Sunday Sunset post.
