So today is Tuesday, and those regular followers should know what that means: CSA produce!

We've had kiwi a few times before in our CSA box, so we welcomed it back with open arms. By far the best kiwi I've ever had.
We eat all the vegetables and fruit during our meals throughout the week. We hardly ever buy additional vegetables at Trader Joe's - except for when a recipe calls for a specific ingredient (like the Tofu Vegetable Hot Pot I'm making on Thursday requires mushrooms, so I bought them). We do buy bananas each week - but no additional fruit. We rely on our CSA program to provide our fruits and veggies each week, so variety is guaranteed.

Tell me this: how do you eat kiwi?
I used to always peel the skin off with a knife, and then cut it into slices until....Evan showed me a different way! Just slice down the middle and using a spoon, scoop out the inside. Less messy!
