I'm drinking a lot of this right now: ginger + lemon in hot water. I still have a cold (completely congested), but I've been loving the taste of this!
1/8 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
~1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup hot water
Stir and enjoy! It's quite tart but really good. I think I'm going to start drinking this combo every night before bed - it just has a very relaxing taste. If that makes sense! Thanks again for the well wishes...seriously, you are too kind!
